Motorola Droid X-Coming on July 2, 2010

Smart phones are the talk of the town. Every phone company in the US is taking a plunge in this new world. Their efforts are to capture the market. Cut-throat competition exists in the market. Saving a few like Apple, other companies have failed to attract die-hard fans.

The release of Apple iPhone 4 has further heated up the raging smartphone battle. The fourth-generation Apple iPhone has once again got cellphone manufacturers scrambling to offer an iPhone killer.

One of the top contenders on the list is Google Android-powered smartphone Motorola Droid X.

It is the latest smartphone from Google and Motorola to be pitched against iPhone 4 and HTC Evo 4G looks promising. A couple of days back, Verizon launched a teaser site showing the front panel of DroidX with its gigantic 4.3″ screen, 720p video capture and 8MP camera.
